Welcome to NUAIMI WEB. By accessing or using nuaimi.us (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

You may sign in using Google. By doing so, you authorize us to access your basic Google profile information (name, email, and profile picture) as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Services

NUAIMI WEB provides website design, app development, and digital marketing services. Specific terms for paid services are outlined in separate agreements or invoices. We may modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

5. Subscription Plans, Billing & Payment

Some services are offered as recurring subscriptions (monthly or annual) as described on our Pricing page, in addition to one‑time project pricing. This section applies to any Subscriber (“you”) who purchases a recurring plan.

5.1 Our Rights

• We may adjust subscription pricing for future billing cycles with at least 30 days’ email notice.
• We may suspend, downgrade, or terminate a subscription for non‑payment, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.
• We may modify or discontinue features within a plan, provided the plan continues to deliver substantially equivalent value.
• If we cancel a subscription at our discretion, any prepaid, unused balance for the current period will be refunded pro‑rata.

5.2 Subscriber Rights

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by emailing info@nuaimi.us. Cancellation stops future billing.
• You retain access to your subscription through the end of the paid billing period.
• Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans renew yearly unless cancelled before renewal.
• You may request an export of your data for up to 30 days after suspension due to non‑payment.
• You may switch between one‑time, monthly, and annual billing where available; changes may affect your next billing date and amount.
• Refunds for one‑time projects follow the terms of your invoice. Subscription payments already processed are generally non‑refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.

5.3 Missed or Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, the following applies:

• Day 0 — Payment due: We attempt to charge your payment method. If it fails, we notify you by email.
• Days 1–5 — Grace period: Service continues while we retry the charge and allow you to update your payment method.
• Day 6 — Suspension: If payment is still not received, we may suspend the service until the balance is paid.
• Day 30 — Termination: If unpaid for 30 days, we may terminate the subscription. Hosting, domain, email, CRM, or CMS services tied to the plan may be deactivated.
• No late fees are charged by default, but may apply if outlined in your service agreement.
• Reinstating a suspended subscription requires paying the outstanding balance; reinstating a terminated subscription may require a new setup.
• You are responsible for keeping your billing email and payment method current.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NUAIMI WEB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services.

8. Third‑Party Links

The Site may contain links to third‑party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their terms and policies.

9. Changes to These Terms
